How much does a party cost?

£320.00 for up to a maximum of 16 children. Under 5’s must be accompanied. Campfire food and invitations are included in the price. Invitations will be posted out to you upon receipt of your payment.

How long does a party last?

Parties run for 2 hours including time to eat and have a birthday cake (please bring your own cake and tissues / something to wrap your divided cake in).

Time slots are usually 10.30am – 12.30pm or 2.00pm – 4.00pm.

Where are we?

Mobberley. A beautiful rural location close to Wlmslow, Hale, Knutsford and Manchester.

How many adults need to stay?

A minimum of two adults are required to stay with the group of 16. Outdoorparties organize the activities and parents can join in the fun. We also offer complimentary teas and coffees beside the wood burner in our cosy parent’s tearoom. Please note dogs are not permitted on site.

What about the weather?

Thanks to our shelter we are able to run parties in all weathers. Rain won’t spoil your fun! Arts and crafts, team games and the campfire can all take place under our shelter.

What to wear?

Children are required to wear appropriate clothing for a day outdoors what ever the weather. Long sleeved tops and full length trousers are ideal due to possible contact with nettles, brambles ect. Children may get muddy, so old warm waterproof clothes are advisable as well as sturdy footwear eg. trainers or wellies.


Please note the birthday child and family can arrive 10 minutes before the start of their party. Please do not turn up earlier as we will be setting up.

Guests, please arrive promptly for the start of the party so as no to miss out on any of the fun.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of your children is our primary concern. Risk assessment of the Outdoorparties area is always carried out prior to your visit. Whilst every care has been taken with the safety of the Outdoorparties area, there are areas of uneven ground and low level vegetation that participants need to be aware of.


Listen carefully to the instructors. All participants must act responsibly and courteously at all times and must respect other participants. The attending parents / guardians are responsible for maintaining discipline. Each participant must remain within the designated boundaries of the Outdoorparties area.


Ground rules – no walking in the circle around the fire, no throwing things into the fire or poking it with sticks.


It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately. Participants may not undertake the activities in sandals, flip- flops, crocs or high heels. Footwear must be securely fastened. Outdoorparties are not responsible for any damage to clothing or footwear that may occur.

Terms and Conditions

It is important that the below term and conditions are read and understood before booking.

At least two responsible adults (normally parents, guardians or other relatives) must remain with the group (of up to 16 children) at all times. They take overall responsibility for any individual child’s medication in terms of safe storage and administration. These adults are responsible for gaining prior consent from parents / guardians of children attending the party, including making them fully aware of the environment and the type of activities involved. They are also responsible during the party for maintaining fast and easy access to emergency contact details for the children’s parents / guardians i.e. telephone contact numbers.

The birthday child and any attending siblings are to be included in the number of children attending. Any additional attendees must be paid for prior to your party at a cost of £20.00 per child.

If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment for that person will be forfeited.

Note: It is important that you notify us as soon as possible regarding attendance issues as we will endeavor to reschedule wherever practical – an additional fee may be applicable.

Should you be unable to attend on the day the full prepayment for the party will be forfeited.

On some occasions Outdoorparties may decide to cancel events due to safety conditions such as very high winds. If this occurs Outdoorparties will seek to reschedule the event.

Outdoorparties may charge an additional fee to cover additional cost associated with specific food requirements (ie. food such as vegetarian, gluten free etc) should numbers of attendees requiring specific food requirements be higher than 10% of the group


Please note photos may be taken during the party for promotional use by Outdoorparties. Names will not be published. Please let Outdoorparties know before your event if you do not wish to have your picture made public.
